Films are priced by length (1 credit = 1.5 seconds, 10 credits minimum, which is a 15-second film) and made for accounts that have bought a pack or redeemed a launch code; the animatic, 5 credits up to 20 seconds and 10 up to 60, is open to every account.
Describe what you want and Kleo answers with a card: the model, the settings and the exact credit price. Nothing is charged until you tap Generate, and a generation that fails gives its credits back. Some examples:

Every account with enough credits can order an animatic. Film rendering also requires a purchased pack, or a launch code for one 15-second film. If a friend sent you their referral link, your first pack comes with 5 extra credits. The current Terms specify a small Kleo mark on the video. Review the output conditions before purchasing.

The free plan is included for everyone: a new account gets 5 credits, whether you sign in to the Kleo app with your e-mail or connect Kleo to your assistant, with no card and nothing to cancel. In the app they work with Seedance 2.0 Fast and with every picture model except Nano Banana Pro. They also buy an animatic of up to 20 seconds: the same treatment, storyboard and drawn frames as a film, the camera moving over each frame, the same narrator and graphic layer, 4K 60 fps, no generated clip. 16:9 or 9:16, realistic or animation look; it is also the preview of a film. An animatic draws each picture once, so the free product stays free; the picture check still reports what it sees.
A €5 pack adds 10 purchased credits and unlocks film rendering: exactly one 15-second film. A 20-second film costs 14 credits and a 30-second film 20. Kleo confirms the credits for your chosen product and the exact quote before you buy or render.

Every account has one: ask your assistant for your Kleo account (kleo_account) or open your account
page. A friend who connects through it is linked to you. When they buy their first pack, they get 5 extra credits
on it and you get 10. Only a real payment counts, once per friend: gifts and codes never do.
In the Kleo app, what you make appears in the chat and in your library. In an assistant, Kleo gives you the download link the moment the render is done, and your account page lists every video with its links for 7 days. Keep a local copy of what you want to keep: nothing is published anywhere.
Film: 15 to 300 seconds, one credit for every 1.5 seconds, rounded up, with a 10-credit minimum; made for accounts that have bought a pack (or, for one film of up to 15 seconds, redeemed a launch code). Animatic: 15 to 60 seconds, 5 credits up to 20 seconds and 10 credits up to 60, for every account. The same rule applies to the realistic and the animation look, in 16:9 or 9:16. Packs are bought separately on your account page.
AI upscale, film only: if you say yes in the intake, Real-ESRGAN + RIFE sharpen every shot on the rendering GPU. It costs the film’s credits again, at least 5 (a 15-second film: 10 + 10 = 20 credits), and the credits come back automatically if it cannot be applied. Without it, the film is delivered in classic 4K 60 fps.
That is the price of one render, and it says nothing about which pack to buy. Before checkout, check your usable balance and whether you can order a film. Each further render you accept has its own price.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
A 5-minute film costs 200 credits: a single 100-credit pack does not cover it. An animatic is 5 credits up to 20 seconds and 10 up to 60. Your available balance and the account checkout are the final reference before purchase.
A refused call charges nothing. If you cancel a render while it is running, the unspent credits are refunded.
One render is one complete narrated film, or one animatic, rendered on a GPU rented for that job. A film typically takes 25 to 35 minutes, an animatic about 15 to 20; the assistant reports the progress and hands you the link.
