For a landscape channel video, choose 16:9. For a Short, choose 9:16. A film runs from 15 seconds to 5 minutes, with English or Italian narration by one narrator. In a film every shot is generated as moving footage from its own frame, so a 3-minute explainer is a sequence of scenes that move, not a slideshow of stills; an animatic, 15 to 60 seconds and 5 credits, keeps the drawn frames under a moving camera.
Kleo makes a narrated film in one of two looks, and an animatic of the same storyboard in either. Both looks are live on the server and cost the same per second. The look is one of the things Kleo asks for when your request does not say it.

Describe your subject, length, format and look, and share the facts and tone you want the film to keep. You are talking to your own assistant; Kleo is the studio behind it. Anything the brief leaves out, the assistant asks for in one message. Audience, tone and what must appear are optional; subject, length, format and look are not.
Before anything is rendered, the assistant shows you the treatment: the logline, the angle, the opening, the acts, the ending, the look, the pacing and the narrator. Change what you want; the film follows it.
Under that treatment the assistant writes the storyboard: a direction block, the scenes and the shots, within Kleo’s limits. This is where the film’s quality is made. Kleo checks everything and answers with the exact credits before it starts. Nothing is charged until the job is accepted.
The render runs on a GPU rented for that job, typically 25–35 minutes, and the assistant reports progress, then hands you a link to the finished MP4, good for 7 days. Review it, then upload it to your channel yourself: Kleo never publishes to YouTube or anywhere else.

A film is priced by length: one credit covers two seconds, rounded up, with a minimum of 10 credits. A 20-second Short costs 10 credits; 60 seconds costs 30; 3 minutes costs 90; 5 minutes costs 150. An animatic of the same storyboard, 15 to 60 seconds, costs 5 credits flat. The exact number is stated by Kleo before the render starts, and a refused request charges nothing.
Credits come in one-off packs, paid once through Stripe, in euro, with no subscription: €5 for 10 credits, €15 for 35, €40 for 100. Connecting gives you 7 credits with no form and no card: one animatic. A film is made only for accounts that have bought a pack — its clips are generated at Kleo’s expense, so free credits never buy one; with the €5 pack you have 17, the film opens, and a 30-second Short costs 15. If you cancel a render, the unspent credits come back.
A 5-credit animatic is a good way to settle the story and the tone before you spend 90 credits on a longer film.
Kleo’s film does not include music, captions or on-screen text. If your channel needs them, add them in your editor after the download. Uploading to YouTube remains your step: Kleo has no connection to your channel and never publishes for you. Review the film and your channel’s publishing requirements before you upload.
Signal Delay is a documentary rendered with Kleo’s realistic look, told as five months of mission logs: on November 14, 2023, Voyager 1 started repeating one pattern of ones and zeros, and every question cost forty-five hours of light-time.
