A practical method
- Copy the approved requirements into a checklist.
- Record the observed result and timestamp for each item.
- Resolve critical mismatches before optional polish.
An example brief to adapt
Turn the approved brief into an acceptance sheet. Include the requested language, aspect ratio, ending and essential prop. Leave a place for timestamps and observations from the rendered file. Do not mark a requirement passed just because it appeared in the prompt.
Review before moving on
- Are requirements observable?
- Are failures tied to timestamps?
- Are must-haves separated from preferences?
Record a concrete observation beside each check: a line in the treatment, a source passage or a timestamp in the downloaded film. If you cannot inspect an item yet, leave it open. A request in a brief is an intention; the result is what must be reviewed.

What to avoid
A tool reporting completion means the job finished, not that every creative requirement was fulfilled. Human review remains part of delivery.
