A practical method
- Record the failure message and job state.
- Check the account and any cancellation or credit information actually reported.
- Retry only after understanding what changed and approving any new charge.
An example brief to adapt
Summarize the failed job using its identifier and reported error. Do not start another render. Tell me whether the tool reports a refund or a remaining task, without assuming either. Separate a service failure from a problem in the creative brief.
Review before moving on
- Is the error preserved exactly?
- Is credit status verified?
- Is the next action clearly authorized?
Record a concrete observation beside each check: a line in the treatment, a source passage or a timestamp in the downloaded film. If you cannot inspect an item yet, leave it open. A request in a brief is an intention; the result is what must be reviewed.

What to avoid
Do not promise a refund or invent a technical diagnosis from a generic error. Use the information provided by the service and contact support when it is insufficient.
