A practical method
- Verify the value, unit and date against the source.
- Decide whether the exact figure or an explicitly rounded value is useful.
- Avoid placing several unrelated quantities in one sentence.
An example brief to adapt
Adapt my approved data notes into a short English narration. Keep units attached to every number. Where rounding would improve comprehension, propose it for approval rather than silently changing the value. Plan precise visual labels as an editing task after the generated film.
Review before moving on
- Are units stated?
- Does rounding change the conclusion?
- Can a listener follow the comparison?
Record a concrete observation beside each check: a line in the treatment, a source passage or a timestamp in the downloaded film. If you cannot inspect an item yet, leave it open. A request in a brief is an intention; the result is what must be reviewed.

What to avoid
A numerical claim should not become more certain just because the sentence is shorter. Preserve ranges, dates and uncertainty that matter to the interpretation.
