A practical method
- State planning only at the start if you are still exploring.
- Review the selected product and current cost.
- Approve a specific treatment version rather than an open-ended series of attempts.
An example brief to adapt
Help me plan a 60-second film, but do not create a render yet. Show the treatment and credit quote first. I will approve the version by name. If any requested setting changes the quote, return the revised cost before taking action.
Review before moving on
- Is authorization tied to a specific version?
- Is the cost clear?
- Are additional attempts separately approved?
Record a concrete observation beside each check: a line in the treatment, a source passage or a timestamp in the downloaded film. If you cannot inspect an item yet, leave it open. A request in a brief is an intention; the result is what must be reviewed.

What to avoid
Broad instructions such as do whatever it takes can leave the intended spending boundary unclear. A short approval sentence is a useful part of the production workflow.
